Former cast members of The Ultimate Fighter: Live will meet this April as Al Iaquinta takes on Joe Proctor in a lightweight contest at UFC 159.

Returning to the octagon for the first time since losing in the finale of The Ultimate Fighter: Live to Michael Chiesa last June, Al Iaquinta (5-2-1) will be keen to keep his place on the roster. He is a great striker with equally good Jiu-Jitsu skills. Iaquinta was one of the more entertaining fighters on TUF: live last year in the cage and walked away with knockout and fight of the season. He has finished four of his fights to date with three by (T)KO and one by submission.

Looking to return to the win column in this fight, Iaquinta’s team mate on Team Faber Joe Proctor (8-2-0) will not let any friendships come between him and victory in April. A Joe Lauzon trained fighter, Proctor takes after his mentor in that he has a great submission game but is equally dangerous and skilled on the feel. Proctor has five stoppages to his name with four coming by (T)KO and one by submission.

UFC 159 takes pace 27th April from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and is expected to be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen.
