Take a look at all the bonus winners, attendance details and live gate for UFC 146: Dos Santos vs. Mir.

As expected, UFC 146 turned out to be a fantastic event. Headlined by a title fight between Junior Dos Santos and Frank Mir, the remainder of the main-card was filled by some brilliant heavyweight match-ups.

Dos Santos retained his belt by forcing Mir to fight on the feet. Using his speed and accuracy, Dos Santos landed many punches to the face and body to hurt the former champion. Nearly finishing the bout in the first round, Dos Santos got the job done in the second, hurting Mir so badly that he couldn’t stand back up.

The co-main event saw another former champion in Cain Velasquez absolutely dominate Antonio Silva. Catching a kick and getting the fight to the ground straight away, Velasquez pounded the Brazilian with punches and elbows to cut him open. More and more strikes came and the fight was stopped. Another title shot next for Velasquez? Most likely.

Bonus winners

Fight of the Night: None

Submission of the Night: Paul Sass (vs. Jacob Volkmann) and Stefan Struve (vs. Lavar Johnson)

Knockout of the Night: Roy Nelson (vs. Dave Herman) and Dan Hardy (vs. Duane Ludwig)

All three men took home bonus cheques of $70,000. There was no fight of the night award, so the UFC awarded two men the submission of the night award – Paul Sass and Stefan Struve.

Paul Sass continued his winning streak by, again, forcing another high-level opponent to tap from a tight triangle. Sass is turning heads all over the world with his incredible performances.

Stefan Struve also received a $70,000 cheque for his quick armbar win over Lavar Johnson. Struve jumped to guard and swivelled his hips into position to gain a quick win.

“Big Country” landed a huge overhand right to floor Dave Herman in the first round. Just goes to show that appearances are deceiving.

A much need win, Dan Hardy saved his career with a left hook to floor “Bang” Ludwig. Hardy followed it up with some nasty elbows to stop the bout.
